foodIn honor of it’s 10th anniversary, Brazos Valley Worldfest is creating a Photo Cookbook.  The purpose is to compile and publish a unique set of international recipes that reflect the diverse population of Texas A&M University and the Brazos Valley region in support of our mission to connect cultures and honor heritage.

Recipes will be sorted by:

  • Dish Type Category (Appetizer/Soup/Salad, Side Dish, Main Course, Dessert, Holiday/Special Occasion)
  • Typical Serving Time (Anytime, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Sale of the Cookbooks will benefit Brazos Valley Worldfest, a 501c3 organization.

Recipes will be collected via a fillable PDF form. {{CLICK HERE TO SUBMIT THE RECIPE FORM}}
