Phi Beta Delta, an international honor society, along with the Texas A&M University Borlaug Institute for International Agriculture, will host its second annual study abroad photo competition. Submitted photos highlight international study and travel by Texas A&M students, faculty and staff as well as photos of the U.S. taken by international students. Location to be determined.
